Pineapple BBQ Back Ribs.

by Pamela
(Canada)

These pineapple bbq back ribs are sweet, succulent and flavorful.

Take 6 racks of baby back ribs.
Place them in a shallow pan, one layer only, and sprinkle on garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Bake at 400F for 45 minutes or until nice and brown.
Turn down the oven to 300F.
Mix 1 cup of crushed pineapple and 2 cups of your favorite smokey BBQ sauce, 1/2 cup of brown sugar and 2 tbsps of white vinegar.
Pour this mixture over the ribs and cook for one hour.
Take ribs out of the oven and turn the oven up to 450F.
Place ribs back in oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Keep a close eye on them. When the sauce is thick and well glazed to the ribs, they are done.

Enjoy.
