Pork Ribs Modesto (Greg Style)

by Greg Jeffreys
(Modesto, CA)

I purchased the St Louis cut of pork ribs. Put them on a baking pan, meat side up, on top of Port, raw onions and Hickory BBQ sauce.
Coated them with garlic powder, fresh coarse pepper and salt. Covered the baking dish with aluminum foil.
Place the St Louis style pork ribs in a preheated oven of 275 Degrees.
Made a Greyhound or 2 and after a couple hours turn those ribs over..........and over until perfection.
Last step is to remove foil and coat with more BBQ sauce for at least 30 minutes.
Approximate cooking time 4 hours.
Served with Lobster Tail, melted butter, vegetables and Pinot Grigio
