Pork Marinade with Chips

by Ann
(Brooklyn, New York)

A very simple pork marinade with chips.

First, I take a packet of Italian Seasonings and mix
it with cup of Virgin Olive Oil.

Next, I add a teaspoon of Apple Cider vinegar.

Shake well and pour half the contents over 4 pork chops. In four hours, turn pork chops over and marinade the other side for four hours. I repeat the turn over process twice, because I never cook the chops the same day.

Then, I bake in the oven at 450 degrees until tender.

Remove from oven, and spread with mayonnaise--low fat or non-fat, or just plain mayo will do.

Finally, I take a large size bag of potato chips and
mash them into crumbs. Spread the crumbs on the chops.

Then, I pour the rest of the Italian Seasonings mixture over the chops and bake at 425 degrees until the potato chips are a golden brown.

Tastes great!
